The study aims to know the relationship between strategic human resource management with its dimensions (cohesion, integration, delegation) and organizational citizenship behavior with its dimensions (altruism, conscience, sportsmanship, courtesy, civic virtue). Where the study was conducted on a sample of (99) respondents, including deans and heads of departments at the University of Kufa, where it was relied on (Sajeevanie, et al, 2020: 5) to measure the dimensions of strategic human resource management and on (Habeeb, 2019) to measure the dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior The study also used the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection and processing through a set of statistical methods, including (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, path factor) and extracting the results using the computer program (Smart PLS)
