For decades, these morals have scrutinized the political records that afflict the Islamic nation, but at the present time they are observing the political developments that describe the Islamic nation.

Iraq was subjected to the British invasion in (1914 AD), so the first fatwa of jihad was given, and because the occupiers did not respond to the demands of the people, the second fatwa came. The topic included two topics and four demands, the first of which: the sources of financing the reference for the revolution through its financial treasury, and the taxes that it used to receive from the liberated cities,  and the second topic: ways of financing the reference for the revolution. The reference is the fatwa and legal rights.
