Abstract

This research dealt with the title (Specialized jurisprudence between  prohibition and permissibility) through an introduction and three demands.              In the introduction it dealt with the extent of the need for ijtihad in Islamic law while mentioning the most important topics of the research. As for the first requirement, it was about the forms and types of specialized ijtihad in the Islamic sects. In the second requirement, there were the sayings of scholars in permissibility specializing in ijtihad, and in the third chapter the research mentioned the sayings of scholars regarding the prohibition of this type of ijtihad, detailing in this the sayings of each of the Islamic sects, and    I ended this research with a conclusion that includes several points in their contents, the most important of what was concluded search .
