The repercussions of the Israeli attack on the July 1982

The concentrate essentially intended to recognize that Iraq achieved a critical vital turning point in the strategic turn of events, whenever it raised the possibility having a nuclear weapon, since its political system was changed into the moderate structure in 1958, as a reactor working with debilitated water and 93% superior uranium. Having all of the reasons behind military strength and limit resulting to having the choice to create a nuclear bomb, the perceived financial territories of Iraq after the nationalization of oil associations and relative political reliability helped him, and he endeavored to give the significant financial capacities, and to use huge number of Iraqi scientists, including Hussain al-Shahristani and Diaa Jaafar, and to bring specialists from outside Iraq, as Yahya Al-Mashad Al-Masry, as well as originators who sorted out some way to achieve an unprecedented move toward building the nuclear reactor, which was known as the Tammuz 1 reactor, and another reactor called Tammuz 2 reactor was built. It is represented that Iraq joined the Nuclear Harmony Settlement "NPT" on the twenty-tenth of October 1969.
