The research aims as a whole to study the employment of narrative acceleration techniques in the critical discourse of the novelist, taking the novels of Ahmed Saadawi as a model for this study. By critical discourse here, we mean the critical viewpoints that the writer disseminates within these narratives towards the reality in which he lives, and what this reality includes. Social, cultural and religious, and to achieve this purpose, the analytical inductive approach was used, and the research was distributed in two parts preceded by an introduction. In the introduction, we talked about the levels of narrative time (order level, duration level, periodicity level), while in the first part we discussed the employment of the different types of deletion techniques.(explicit omission, implicit omission, hypothetical omission) in the narrative critical discourse, and in the second part we discussed the employment of the overall technique in this discourse, and the most important findings of the research showed that Saadawi succeeded in employing the techniques of accelerating the narration in the novel critical discourse, and that the main motive In his resorting to these two techniques in the narrative construction in general, and in the novel critical discourse in particular, he exceeded the time periods that he believes do not involve important events in order to reach the most prominent event, and that the writer's use of these two techniques had a significant impact on the novel critical discourse As it allowed him through them to cover a larger time space within the single novel, and thus increase the critical texts that belong to different periods of time, and that the writer's use of these two techniques did not affect the interdependence of the fictional events, nor did it affect the understanding of the critical meanings that the writer wanted to communicate to the recipient.
