Theft of events and their implications, a study in Islamic jurisprudence and Iraqi law

The crime of juvenile theft is one of the crimes that the divine and positivist legislations, past and present, have focused on organizing, because it constitutes an assault on people’s money, which is forbidden to non-owners, as preserving money is one of the necessities in Islam, and in this context, the problem of determining the age of the juvenile and the difference between the law and Sharia appears. Islam and the nature of the effects of this difference, as well as the rule of this theft and the stolen thing whether the eye is present or not, and other things that the research sheds light on to show us after that the most important goals of this research from the effects of the theft of the event with the presentation of the opinions of jurisprudence and law The Iraqi to distinguish the nature of the effects in each of them, as well as in defining the extent of the eligibility of the juvenile and the provisions of its theft in Islamic jurisprudence and Iraqi law, and so on in the nature of the actions obtained on the money stolen by the juveniles, and other goals to show us the results of the research in determining the places of eligibility of the juvenile and what He presents it and what prevents it and the rulings resulting from what he commits in the crime of theft, as well as the nature of treatment for juvenile thieves by exposing them to methods of discipline while imposing aspects of correcting their personality, as well as imposing financial punishment on the guardian if he is negligent in the aspects of education that he is obligated towards this juvenile, and all This is achieved by following the type of purely authentic investigation, by relying on the correct texts at the level of Sharia or law, by following the descriptive analytical approach, by explaining the theft of the event as an external, objective aspect to which the Sharia and legal rulings apply, as well as by analyzing the texts in order to give the appropriate rulings. This topic, while showing the implications of Islamic jurisprudence and Iraqi law, and this requires the use of reliable sources and review of specialized offices.
