Abstract

The Shahnameh of Ferdowsi, the Iliad and the Odyssey of Homer are among the greatest traditions of Persian and Greek literature. She had studied the Al-Muhammi aspect in the comparative study of these two monuments, and the educational aspect of them was neglected by the researchers, so it was necessary to study the educational aspect of the two monuments. One of the most important causes of convergence between nations is comparative literature, which is a science that looks for common qualities and the possibility of influence in two or more literary productions in different fields, in two different languages, and then analyzes them thoroughly. The language of Homer in the Iliad and the Odyssey is the language of the literary and epic heritage, so the language of the epic Shahnameh and the common words in Persian poetry should be used to be closer to the Greek original.
