Abstract

The abundance of similar terms in the old Persian language and Indian Sanskrit indicates that Iran and India have many cultural and linguistic connections; The Ghaznavid attack caused the introduction of the Persian language into India and with the formation of Islamic governments in India and the choice of the Persian language as the official language, there was a need to learn this language. Since second language learning requires dictionaries, dictionaries, and language rules, many works have been written in these fields. One of the factors influencing the development of the Persian language was the migration of Iranian writers and poets to the subcontinent and the Ottoman Empire. In addition to cultural and religious factors, political power, and the support of Islamic princes and the expansion of Iranian Sufism in India
