Abstract

The research tended to deal with one of the most important topics specialized in air travel programs, which plays an active role in the development of tourist seasons and the importance of services provided by airlines as one of the means of transportation. The research aims to shed light on the range of services offered by airlines and the extent to which they fulfill their obligations towards their audience, who are the groups of travelers on board their air fleet. The results were analyzed within a Likert scale (consumer preference) using frequencies, arithmetic averages, and percentages. The research reached a set of important conclusions and recommendations to benefit from them in improving air transport services and in the researched company
