Abstract

This research aims at a geographic-climatic study to find out the indicators of climate change in the climate elements (temperature, wind, humidity) in the city of Diwaniyah for the period from 1970 to 2015, as well as to estimate the expectations that will occur in these elements for the period from 2016 to 2030, and for the purpose of achieving this goal Reliance was made on the data of the meteorological station in the city of Diwaniyah for the period from 1970 to 2015, and the adoption of statistical methods through the use of the Excel program to calculate the time series, the general trend line, and the coefficient of change that was calculated for the above-mentioned elements, and the researcher concluded that there is a clear fluctuation in the aforementioned elements about On average, there is a positive trend in these elements, and the research has concluded with some results and recommendations
