Abstract

The men who have attained lofty heights and raced towards the ladder of glory with toil, toil, and diligence are few and far between. Hence, the Ardabili sanctuary deserved to be at the top in the school of Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them. It had its own scientific approach in the various mental and epistemological sciences. In the jurisprudential aspect, it highlighted the fundamentalist research and its roots, as well as in what is related to the political aspect. He had a moderate opinion between excess and negligence. In managing the state and within the limits of necessity, and from here the problem of research lies in reconciling the theory of the Imamate of governance, how to deal with governments, and his call for the mandate of the jurist in governance and theorizing it according to a new Islamic perspective and in the era of occultation, and building the state societally, and from here the study was from Preface and four topics, and results, the first topic: titled the beginnings of political thought of the concept of the state in the era of Islam and its development, and the second: jurists and their role in theorizing the rule and leadership of the state jurisprudentially, and the third: the deductive foundations of governance in the view of the investigator Ardebili, and the fourth: the deductive view of the investigator Ardebili on the requirements of the time And interest and dealing with the Sultan, depending on the documented sources related to the research, and God grant success.
