Abstract

The research aims to provide a theoretical framework for the research vocabulary, as well as achieving a balance between the vocabulary of information technology and support systems for decision support, with the information they provide that contributes to re-analyzing the priorities of the crisis after its vocabulary was scattered by the initial violent shock for the purpose of managing it in a scientific and realistic manner to reduce the minimum losses to which it is exposed. The organization and institution are the result of that crisis. The importance of the research lies in the clear theoretical presentation of the vocabulary of the media and crisis management and the axes around which that vocabulary revolves, based on the importance of the idea of democratic transformation in crystallizing decisions to adopt information systems and their outputs.

The crisis was for the purpose of managing it in a scientific manner based on media logic. A descriptive approach was used in this research. The researcher concluded that there is a significant impact of the characteristics of public relations on the steps of dealing with public opinion.
