This research, entitled “The Crisis of the Cultured Woman in the Novel "If the days are Dusk" for Hayat Sharara, is a reading in literature and its genre, the novel, by its creator reaps advantages that are distinct from others, but how and the creator is an literate, writer and academic entity, We know that behind the ways of her life and the shadows of her worlds What stimulates literary art and nourishes it thought and history; The life of Sharara continues to as an effective Iraqi witness in the history of literature, politics, and the university. The research began a brief introduction, and two sections containing paragraphs inspired by the chapters of the novel. The first section was about clarifying the concept of culture and intellectual woman.
