Analysis of the repentance and return of the criminal in the penal rights of the Holy Quran

The issue of repentance of the criminal has been of interest to Islamic scholars and jurists ever since. The Holy Qur'an in various verses encourages people to repent, in some cases the Qur'an issued an order of repentance which according to the rules of the principles of jurisprudence, its urgency is urgent; There are innumerable verses for this purpose, and since the Qur'an is a serious document, without any ambiguity, it is considered the most important source of inference. The purpose of this study is a scientific explanation of the discussion of repentance or correction of criminals in the Qur'anic law and to present a conceptual model based on the teachings of the Holy Qur'an that has been used analytically to obtain a desired result. The analytical method in this study is based on jurisprudential and Quranic data. Accordingly, while presenting a comprehensive definition of repentance, the impact and role of repentance on criminal (penal) rights, and the role of repentance on right people will be examined. Therefore, the last part of the study provides a detailed explanation of the role of repentance in criminal rights, including: the role of repentance in the pre-trial stage and during the trial, the role of repentance in convicted crimes and deterrent penalties, and the role of repentance in criminal acts is blood money that ends. The current study dealt with each of the aforementioned cases and their jurisprudential and Quranic studies, and finally considered them according to the logic of the Quranic verses.
