I begin by outlining the context of the conflict and the basic protections afforded to civilian infrastructure—particularly hospitals—under IHL. Through a comprehensive analysis of documented airstrikes, I identify targeting patterns and assess the legal implications of these actions in relation to the principles of distinction and proportionality. I argue that the Israeli entity's military operations not only violate established legal standards but also raise serious questions about accountability and the effectiveness of international response mechanisms. The study concludes with recommendations aimed at strengthening the protection of medical facilities in conflict zones and calls for greater international engagement in addressing violations of international humanitarian law. Ultimately, I underscore the urgent need to uphold and enforce humanitarian principles in modern warfare.
