This issue has been the subject of continuous research and discussion among Islamic scholars, thinkers, and orientalists, and the importance of this research lies in: The subject of the science of collecting the Noble Qur’an and codifying it is one of the dangerous topics witnessed by the historical sciences of the Noble Qur’an, as some of the haters of Islam took advantage of some of the narrations related to the collection of the Qur’an and its modalities to say with distortion in it. The research showed that these narrations refer to multiple meanings of the collection of the Noble Qur’an. As for the research plan, it consisted of an introduction, a preface, and four demands. The first requirement was: memorizing all, i.e. in the chests. The second requirement: plural in the sense of recording. The third requirement: plural in the sense of within one Qur’an.
