Abstract

One important discussion in the scholarly community is the historical discussion of the hadiths of the Prophet. Followers of the historical hadiths believe that the hadiths of the Prophet are considered historical and cannot in any way be transferred to other times. Explaining that the hadiths of the Prophet are a cultural product, specifically in a historical era, and cannot be a reference text in later times. Hadiths of the Prophet have different effects in today's societies. Some of these hadiths were mentioned in the words of Imam Ali (PBUH) and dealt with these actions in his sermons. But besides the words of Imam Ali (), various hadith works of the Prophet can be presented, such as hadith works related to the institution of the family. The family is an institution that could not be a more respectable institution before God, as this institution needs special laws and regulations to be as strong and continuous as possible. Marriage is the basic nucleus of any society, and it signifies the survival of the human race through sacred relationships. The marriage contract has a special importance and status in Islamic law, to the extent that God mentions this contract as the solemn covenant. In this regard, the hadiths of the Prophet have introduced various actions such as encouraging marriage, introducing the principles of raising children, etc. in relation to this institution.
