Abstract

Revelation in language is a kind of fast, hidden connection between two parties, one of whom is influential and the other is affected, and it may take place through word of mouth, writing, or sign. Revelation separates from the meaning of inspiration and revelation. Inspiration may come from God Almighty without the mediation of the angel. As for revelation, it takes place through him, and it is conditional on communication without inspiration. Among the divisions of divine revelation, the revelation of prophecy and the message, the commanding revelation, the revelation by reference, and the discretionary revelation. As for the images of revelation, they are direct meaning thrown into the heart of the Prophet, or God Almighty creates speech and the Prophet hears it from behind a veil without the mediation of a messenger, or that the Almighty sends king to his messenger informing him of the messages of his Lord.
