The effects of addiction to the Internet from the point of view of students of the College of Education for Girls - University of Kufa

The aim of the current research is to identify the effects of addiction on the Internet from the point of view of students of the College of Education for Girls at the University of Kufa. The validity and reliability of the tool. Statistical means were used (Pearson correlation coefficient, Spearman-Brown corrective equation, weighted mean and percentile weight), and the questionnaire was applied to a sample of (100) students from the College of Education for Girls at the University of Kufa. Between (60-90) are Internet addicts, and their number reached (74) students, knowing that the hypothetical mean is (60) degrees, given that the three alternatives are: (agree, neutral, disagree) their weights are (1-2-3 ) respectively, and that the number of paragraphs of the questionnaire is (30) paragraphs, so the highest score obtained by the female student is (90) degrees and the lowest score obtained by the female student is (30) degrees, and it is also noted from the table that the female students whose scores range between (30-59) The degree to which they believe that some of these effects may not be a factor for addiction at all The number of them reached (26) students, and accordingly, the female students of the research sample in general consider that there are effects resulting from Internet addiction, and after the percentage reached (74%), the results also showed that the number of verified paragraphs is (20) paragraphs and the unrealized (10). paragraphs, and this means that the students of the current research sample are addicted to the Internet, and in light of the results of the current research, the two researchers reached a set of conclusions and proposals.
