The research aimed to identify the trends of change that occurred in the rate temperatures in Iraq during five decades (1963-2017), and to achieve this purpose, monthly and annual temperature data for climatic stations (Mosul, Baghdad, Basra) were used, and among the most important statistical indicators that were used In addition to the arithmetic averages, the standard deviation and the amount of change and the simple linear regression were used, and it was found that the change in temperature rates for five climatic cycles was clear in Iraq where it witnessed a deviation towards altitude, and the fifth climatic cycle (2007-2017) recorded The highest standard deviation from the rates of maximum and minimum and annual temperatures in all climatic stations under study and this is in line with the severity of climatic changes that the world witnessed during that Durati
