The significance of release and restriction according to Sheikh Hussein Al-Hilli

Abstract

the important linguistic matters dealt with by Sheikh Hussein al-Hilli in his book (Usul al-Fiqh), and this topic has been studied by rhetoric scholars also from its aesthetic aspect and its effect on the recipient's psyche, but the purpose of the scholars of (Usul al-Fiqh) was related to the exploration of the legal ruling from religious texts.             

From here, their study of this topic was a detailed study in defining divorce and restriction, dividing them, determining the indications for them, and indicating their types, in order to reach an accurate understanding of the purposes of the religious text. 

 This research deals with the linguistic efforts presented by scholars of rhetoric and scholars (Usul al-Fiqh) and Sheikh Hussein al-Hilli in analyzing the significance of divorce and restriction.
