Abstract

bstract:

Considering that the way of explaining and understanding the verses of the Noble Qur’an is affected by  jurisprudential and scientific principles and the specific geographical and cultural conditions of each interpreter, but given the basic and doctrinal commonalities in the views of Allamah Fadlallah and Sayyid Qutb, there will be many common components in their viewpoints. At the same time, due to the influence of geographical and cultural conditions, and the permissible interpretations of expertise in the field of interpretation, the differences in their views will be evident. This research was written in the comparative method of the social approach with a focus on governmental issues in two modern Shiite and Sunni interpretations "Tafsir from the Qur'an Revelation" and "Tafsir fi Zulal al-Qur'an". Both interpretations are based on the idea of returning to the Qur'an, and one of the most important factors of distress and degeneration of social societies is to move away from the Qur'an and to treat and heal social pain as a return to the Qur'an. This article also examines the explanation of the verses of the Noble Qur’an in the field of issues related to politics and government in society in tn .
