New global variables and ways of strategic planning for development

Abstract

The research presents, in a detailed scientific way, the stages of strategic planning to achieve comprehensive development. In the third chapter, the research explains development from the perspective of Islamic thought and positive economic systems, while the fourth chapter presents the most important new global variables ((globalization and economic developments)) for the purpose of adapting to them in order to benefit from strategic planning to achieve comprehensive development.
