Abstract

The most important results that we reached at the end of the research, for brevity:

1- The subject of Bidda follows the subject of knowledge, and is a natural consequence of it.

2- There is no one among the Muslims who adheres to the linguistic meaning of al-Bida’ if it means knowledge after ignorance, because this is what reason and tradition assert are invalid, and in the honorable hadith: “God did not show him ignorance.”

3- Although it is well-known that Al-Bida’ is one of the Shia’s specializations, the other group believes in its scientific content, and the dispute between the two teams is verbal, as pointed out by Sheikh Al-Mufid, and others followed him on that.
