Abstract

The crime of genocide is considered one of the most serious international crimes within the scope of public international law, especially international criminal law as the legal branch concerned with international criminalization and punishment for international crimes. Article 6 of the Statute of the International Criminal Court explicitly stipulates this crime, and the principle of Legality within the scope of international criminal law is one of the most controversial topics during the course of the formation of international criminal justice and the determination of individual criminal responsibility at the international level.
