Abstract

One of the conventions of the science of the principles of jurisprudence is the term companionship, and they defined it as keeping what was as it was, and it is one of the important and vital practical rules. The rule of companionship, which means work according to your previous knowledge, and as for the known thing about which there is doubt, it may be a legal ruling, and it may be a subject on which the legal ruling is focused, which is what is called the judgmental and objective suspicion.
