Abstract

This research aims to identify the nature of the relationship between the knowledge management strategy in its dimensions, and its implications on the aspects of the educational process, and thus achieve educational quality standards and the requirements of the desired future university, according to a strategic methodology used as a road map that shows the path and steps necessary to achieve this goal. This research was applied on a random sample From the professors of the University of Kufa, and in order to achieve its objectives, the research presented a proposed model that represents a methodological road map, and tested its validity using the structural modeling (SEM) (Structural Equation Model), and then tested the relationships between variables using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) program
