Abstract

Regional theories, like other theories, include a set of philosophical axioms emanating from the character of the place, and its final formulation came through a series of procedures and scientific corrections focused on the field of place, as the center of interest for regional science, which is the science that explains the factors that dominate how economic and social activities are signed. And the urban and functional relations between them in the spatial space, those activities that launch through them and through them the interactive relationships that make the place characterized by dynamism that cannot be imagined to occur randomly, but according to mutual mechanisms that occur continuously.
