Abstract

The importance of population studies does not come from the fact that the population is the source of all social phenomena only, but that these studies have an impact on the various economic and political fields of the state. On this basis, most countries have taken an interest in population studies, and in the geographical field, attention has been focused on population distribution, growth, composition, and the variation of their characteristics from one society to another. Factors affecting the variation in their distribution in Karbala Governorate.
