وثيقة المدينةAbstract
The migration of the Mustafa Muhammad bin Abdullah (may God bless him and his family) to the city of Yathrib represented an important change in terms of spreading the Islamic call after it was confined to narrow areas within the borders of Mecca. This variable gave a great opportunity for the Prophet (PBUH) to move more freely, and implement his project to establish an Islamic society and state. Therefore, the city document was present to clarify the nature of the relationship between the various parties, which contributed and influenced the nature of life in the city, and the subsequent developments that it witnessed.
In view of the importance of this document, the orientalists have dealt with it in several studies focusing on the date of its writing, and the items specific to the Jews of Medina.
