Abstract

The contributions and opinions of researchers varied in defining the concept of quality, just like other human concepts.

Quality is a word derived from the Latin word Qualities, which means the following: the nature of the thing and the person and the degree of their validity (Qadar, 1997: 77). It means providing the customer with the goods and services he needs with characteristics and features that meet his requirements, needs, and expectations at the time he wants, and at an acceptable price that suits him. Thus, they are built into the product through integrated integrated activities, and all workers at all levels participate in making and building them, whether they are managers or planners. implementers, and reviewers. It is the work of everyone in the organization. (Al-Fadl and Al-Taei, 2004: 1).
