Abstract

Health is a human phenomenon with economic, cultural and social dimensions, and planning for health is no less important than planning for economic development in agriculture and industry. Health planning is one of the important aspects of the national planning process, whether at the regional or urban level.
The upgrading of the health level of society is estimated based on the need to provide health service, as it must also be concerned with the quality and efficiency of health service provided to the population, and planners are supposed to realize the responsibility entrusted to them in studying the health situation and developing health plans for services, which have become a cornerstone in the economies of countries
