Abstract

The Jews could not declare their state until after the sufficient number of immigrants to Palestine had been completed, and from here the conflict began to appear on the ground and at its end took the form of the demographic conflict, as the Jewish state encouraged immigration to Palestine and gave privileges and facilities to these immigrants.
