Identifying the areas with the worst and poorest environmental reality in the city of Hilla

Abstract

Man lives in his urban environment (within cities) or rural (outside cities) in an integrated relationship, “It is not possible to look at the environment without seeing its human being, and it is not possible to look at man without seeing his environment. Therefore, the economic deterioration, social backwardness, and the decline in the income levels of individuals and societies to the levels of the poverty line, lead to further deterioration of the environment, especially the human environment.
