Abstract

Trade is one of the vital economic activities affecting the power of the state and its international relations. Through it, the state overlooks the world and its regional and international surroundings. Its importance increases with the increase in scientific progress and the size of the world's population, and the more complex and multiplying their global economic and social needs, and it raises the level of trade exchange and facilitates the movement of goods and materials between the resounding world, but the emergence of this institution has problems and negative political and economic effects on many developing countries. The two researchers posed the research problem with the following question: (What is the economic and political role expected to be played by the World Trade Organization (WTO), especially since it was established at a time of American dominance over international institutions and the American unilateralism in the balance of power in the world)
