Abstract

The research aims to study and document the Andalusian document-contractors and conditions during the Emirate and Caliphate eras, which is the era of establishing Andalusian science and culture. The research was divided into two axes: the first axis dealt with documents and conditions linguistically and idiomatically, the origins and benefits of the science of documents and conditions, the characteristics of those who contracted documents and conditions and their wages, while the second topic dealt with the contract of documents and conditions in Andalusia in the era of the Emirate and the Caliphate and distributed to the authors of the books of documents and conditions, those who contracted them and those who misrepresented them.
