The chronotope depends on the merging of space and time to form a single space called space-time, and this space is characterized by unity, consistency and organic overlap. The chronotope is always achieved in the literary work, in the presence of temporal and spatial indicators that achieve the text or discourse's organic consistency and semantic harmony. This scientific paper, based on the descriptive-analytical approach, studied the literary term chronotope (space-time) in the poetry of Amal Dunqul. This study aims to shed light on the chronotopic space in a poem (From the Memoirs of Al-Mutanabbi) by the Egyptian poet Amal Dunqul, and to highlight the reasons for the poet's resort to this method. The importance of studying this poem came through studying the extraneous elements in the formation of the structure of the text
