This research aims to conceptualize the concept of information technology and organizational leadership and study the relationship and influence between them. The application was carried out on a random sample of leaders and heads of departments in the Directorate of Education in Najaf Governorate, As (78) questionnaires were distributed, and the number of questionnaires suitable for statistical analysis was (70), the questionnaire was analyzed and the research hypotheses were tested, and the spss v.25 program was adopted. Organizational information and leadership, The research also raised a number of recommendations, the most important of which are that organizations should pay attention to information technology and organizational leadership because of their positive impact on the development of the organization.
