Scientific and technological progress is one of the basic issues of developing and advanced societies, and that the development of any society depends to a large and fundamental degree on its success in organizing, and benefiting from these scientific and technological capabilities available to it, and that this world faces major changes in all aspects of life, including technological changes The rapid, rapid scientific progress in all fields, and as a result of these changes, economic intelligence has become one of the basics and pillars necessary for the progress of various countries and in all fields, in addition to that such changes are among the basics of achieving economic security, the spread of advanced technology and the increase in investments in all sectors. Advanced technology is one of the most important methods that can transfer sectors of the economy from primitiveness to modernity, and we will focus in this research on the most important sector related to the life of society, which is the agricultural sector. Technical progress and advanced technology can easily transfer this sector from a sector that depends on primitive means of production to a sector that depends Sophisticated technical means, and that the progress of the agricultural sector is one of the most important challenges facing sustainable development, and therefore agriculture needs innovative solutions and the adoption of methods that are determined through digitization, as the food and agricultural systems in the world depended on changes that led to increasing their efficiency and increasing their profits, compared to what It was in the past, and this confirms the importance of the digital transformation of the agricultural sector, And that is through the adoption of information and communication technology, which provided a huge amount of information, and as a result, terms such as smart agriculture, digitization of agriculture, or e-agriculture appeared.
