The Study Objective To Demonstrate The Role Of Financial Technology In Improving Comprehensive Banking Services, Which Enables The Beneficiary Groups Of Investors, Researchers And Other Social Groups To Meet Their Needs Through The Acquisition Of Electronic Services. Universal Banking? In Order To Achieve The Goal Of The Study And Answer Its Questions, The Study Was Tested In The Banking Sector. The Study Was Applied To A Sample Of Workers In Rafidain Bank Branches Operating In Najaf, With Up To (139) Employees, Using A Questionnaire Prepared For This Purpose. The Results Were Analyzed Using The Statistical Program (SPSS V24). The Study Reached A Set Of Conclusions, The Most Important Of Which Was That The Study Sample Banks Lack Infrastructure And Technical Tools That Enable Financial Technology To Achieve Its Goals In Providing Comprehensive Services. Those Innovations And Benefit From Them To Meet The Desires Of The Audience Of Customers And Beneficiaries
