The issue of the use of renewable energy, especially solar energy, has emerged on the global scene as one of the strategic options to meet future needs. Perhaps it is well established that there is a strong link between the success of sustainable development and the energy provided as the main driver for it, which added a very important dimension that is evident with the start of the depletion of resources. In addition to reducing pollution rates, the research seeks to identify the appropriate mechanisms to activate the use of solar energy in buildings (residential buildings). The research found an economic feasibility for the project and fulfilled the needs of the complex in question while providing a surplus of energy that could supply the national grid
