Abstract

The aim of the research is to study the relationship between digital leadership and technological stress in the workplace and to know the impact of the independent variable (digital leadership) with its three dimensions (innovation, persuasion, and knowledge). On the dependent variable (technological stress in the workplace) with its three dimensions (conflict between life and work, role ambiguity, and overwork).

distributed (56)On a number of individuals working in the organization under study, the number of non-retrieved questionnaires was (6), while the retrieved and valid questionnaires for statistical work were 50, and the sample representation was 89%, and the questionnaire was relied on as a tool for data collection, and the research sought to know the nature of the correlation and influence between Research variables, and several statistical analyzes were adopted for the data, including Alpha Core, standard deviation, arithmetic mean, coefficient of variation, relative importance, simple correlation coefficient, and regression analysis using the statistical program (SPSS VR.26).

Several conclusions were reached, including the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable, and the presence of a statistically significant effect between the research variables.

The importance of the research is highlighted by the orientation of recent studies towards identifying and knowing the nature of the relationship between the variables (digital leadership and technological stress in the workplace).
