Abstract

The study aimed to know the innovation in the management of electronic human resources with its dimensions (operational, relational, and transformational) in the Asiacell Telecom Company. Asiacell Communications was the field for the study, and a sample of (351) individuals was chosen, which was withdrawn from the researched company to represent the study population of (2891) individuals. Employees (351) electronic questionnaire, and after checking it, the researcher found that it is valid at a rate of (100%) and was adopted for the purpose of statistical analysis and using the statistical program (Spss-v.26). And it was a good degree, as well as a significant effect of innovation and electronic human resource management in the company under study, and the study was concluded with a group One of the most important recommendations is directing the company’s management towards investing opportunities to integrate individuals’ knowledge and experiences with each other on an ongoing basis within the company to develop the skills necessary for work, as well as focusing on the areas of electronic human resources management and providing everything that can enhance these areas and achieve long-term growth and expansion for the company
