Strategic Awareness and its role in reducing Organization Deviation Practices An analytical study of the opinions of a sample of administrative leaders in the Municipalities of Sulaymaniyah

This study aims to know the role of strategic awareness in reducing organizational deviation practices and to determine the correlation and impact between strategic awareness in its dimensions (reflection, systematic thinking, orientation towards learning, reformulation) and organization deviation with its dimensions (non-compliance with working hours, taking excessive rest, deliberate work) The study relied on the descriptive analytical method in addition to the method of the field study using the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The respondents’ municipality and what is the level of organization deviation in the respondents’ municipality to research of the problem of the study a number of hypotheses were formulated including the existence of a correlation relationship and a significant impact of strategic awareness in reducing organizational deviation practices. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researches developed questionnaire that included(40) items the sample of the study population in the study was conducted by (Director, Head of Department, Unit Officer) in the municipalities of the city of Sulaymaniyah, where (187) questionnaires were distributed and (161) retrieved (146) valid questionnaire forms for analysis using the Statistical (Spss-Version26) and depending on the conclusion reached by the research , a set recommendations were made that are consistent with these conclusion in the hope of benefiting from them before the surveyed circuit.
