Abstract :This research aims to know the impact of e-management requirements in achieving organizational citizenship behavior as a serious attempt to bridge the knowledge gap or reduce it in explaining the relationship between these variables, and to achieve this goal a hypothetical scheme was developed. It was developed that expresses two main branch hypotheses. These hypotheses were tested, and the questionnaire was used as a means of obtaining the necessary data for this test. The research was based on the exploratory analytical approach that was applied in the Southern Oil Company in Basra as a research community and on a sample of the company's employees consisting of (2500) individuals. The researcher distributed (500) questionnaires to the research sample, and the retrieved forms were (450) questionnaires that were not valid for analysis (51) questionnaires. A set of statistical tools were adopted (Smirnov grooves, descriptive statistics represented by the arithmetic mean and standard deviation, coefficient of variation, Pearson correlation coefficient, simple linear regression analysis to measure the effect between variables), and these statistical tools were applied using the program (SPSS.V. 23). The researcher reached a set of conclusions, most notably that the Basra Oil Company pays great attention to achieving organizational citizenship behavior by relying on its employees and their clear efforts at work. The research also found a positive impact relationship between e-governance requirements and organizational citizenship behavior.
