Abstract

The Research Aims To Determine The Nature Of The Correlation And Influence Relationships Between The Smart Leadership And Organizational Proactiveness Through The Mediating Role Of The Entrepreneurship Strategy, Based On A Basic Problem That Was Diagnosed After Questions That Included The Extent To Which The Influence Relations Were Perceived At The Field Level. The human resources empowerment variable was measured in four dimensions: (availability of information, involvement of knowledge, rewards, and Authority), and job gratitude was measured in three dimensions: (feelings of gratitude, attitude of gratitude, behavior of gratitude), and the Holy Karbala Health Department was chosen. A field for research through a questionnaire distributed to (50) individuals from its administrative staff., Was Done Use a Set Of Measures Of Statistical Descriptive , Rank Correlation Coefficient (Pearson), Structural Equation Modeling, , These Methods Have Been Used By Statistical Software (SPSS  ; Amos), The Research Reached Several Conclusions, The Most Important Of Which Is That The entrepreneurial strategy variant plays a holistic mediating role between intelligent leadership and organizational proactiveness Of The Researched Organization. The Research Was Concluded With A Number Of Appropriate Recommendations.
