Abstract

The study aimed to explore the relationship between servant leadership behaviors through its dimensions [emotional healing, creating value for society, conceptual skills, empowerment, helping subordinates succeed, putting subordinates first, ethical behavior], and organizational development in its dimensions [purpose, structure, rewards]. Relationships, assistance mechanisms, orientation towards change. The presidency of the University of Kufa was chosen as a group to conduct the study, and the sample size was (50) individuals working in the university presidency. For the purpose of analyzing the data and testing the hypotheses of the study, the statistical program (Spss) was relied upon. The study concluded that there is a role for servant leadership behaviors in enhancing organizational development. That is, whenever the presidency of the University of Kufa adopts high levels of servant leadership behaviors, this leads to improved levels of organizational development. The most influential dimensions of organizational development are creating value for society, conceptual skills, and empowerment.
