Abstract

The study aims to identify the role of digital leadership in achieving competitive superiority, and it highlighted the need for organizations to adopt a new business model based on adopting a digital leadership model that can achieve strategic superiority. The study was applied to a sample of middle management in government institutions, and data was collected by adopting the form. Electronic and data analysis using the structural network analysis method to arrive at the best scenario to be adopted by the electronic leadership to achieve competitive superiority. The study found that digital transformation in leadership contributes to improving the programs approved by managers and leaders in a more effective and efficient manner by supporting their strategic directions. Towards achieving competitive superiority.
