Abstract

The human resource has a vital role in guiding investment and enhancing competitive advantage in the contemporary business environment. However, few researchers have addressed the role of this element in sports clubs in terms of measuring the cost of this element and its role in supporting decisions in sports clubs and being the main engine used in generating revenues in the predictable and strategic future. From this standpoint, this research dealt with measuring the costs of players in sports clubs and its role in rationalizing administrative decisions that aim to raise the status of the sports club among its competitors from sports clubs through a case study in one of the sports clubs and demonstrating the extent of the impact of measuring players’ costs on the decisions taken regarding investment in the resource. Human. The research concluded that measuring human resource costs plays an important role in supporting decisions in the foreseeable and strategic term.
