Abstract

The aim of the research is to discover the nature of the relationship between artificial intelligence and organizational innovation. The research was built on two main hypotheses, from each main hypothesis four sub-hypotheses emerged. The validity of the main hypotheses and sub-hypotheses was verified by analyzing the correlation and influence relationships between the research variables using the program (SPSS v. 26), for data obtained through a questionnaire form that was distributed to a sample of (87) engineers working at Raban Al Safina Company for Electrical and Engineering Industries in Najaf. (83) questionnaires were retrieved, and after examining them, it was found that the number of questionnaires suitable for statistical analysis was (79). Form, meaning a retrieval rate of (90%). The research included four sections, the first section is the scientific methodology of the research, the second section is the theoretical aspect, the third section is the applied aspect, and finally the fourth section comes the conclusions and recommendations.
